character Joe became a popular means of friends greeting. Friends also changed the way we use

language. Using word “so” instead of “really” or “very” by the characters also changed the English

Chicago has welcomed presidents and royalty, diplomas and community leaders. It is located in the

loop, across Michigan avenue from millennium park. The Chicago cultural center is one of the most

        I have never thought about food marketing and how companies advertise their products, before reading

custom made article. It is interesting to me that some fast food and famous companies change their

flavors in order of the local flavors to sell their products. For example Local Domino changed its pizza

flavors in Tokyo by adding mayonnaise and potato, and pickled ginger in India. In Britain corn is used

as a pizza topping. Also its really strange that how Chinese used the success of American fast foods to

improve their industry with changing local flavors.

There are wide beliefs among scientists and those films which related to the history of the people can play a very significant role in their lifestyle and attitude. “A Beautiful Mind” is the history of the life of a famous mathematician John Nash who can influence many ideas or persons. This movie was made with tight budget but still is a great love story and painful drama.

A Beautiful Mind was directed by Ron Howard. Russell Crowe stars as John Nash, brilliant mathematician. Jennifer Connelly stars as Alicia Nash, and is his wife. The year it was produced was 2001. This movie is about the life of a brilliant noble prize winning mathematician who suffered from mental problems like schizophrenia.

Yas (Yaser Bakhtiyari) is one of the famous rapper in Iran. He was the first authorized singer by the government but now he is prohibited to sing. There is a massage behind each of his songs which reflect a common problem in the society that bother all the people, and he represents a great pain in form of rap but all of his songs end with happiness and we can see he is hopeful all the time to make his society better. His music is influenced by Rumi poetry (a famous poet in the world). His famous song is Soldier Of Homeland which was the best song of the month in Mtv Channel in 2001.

All the people talk about the diversity in America all the time, about different nations, various 

ethnics, groups, and races. But “People Like Us” by David Brooks made me to think because it 

presents a new idea about America which is although, there is diversity in America, but all nations 

around the country are trying to group themselves or to live in the same neighborhood. People in 

United States are finding places where they are comfortable or where they feel they can grow. We 

might consider the United States a diverse nation as a whole, but block by block or neighborhood by 

neighborhood it is a homogeneous nation.

            As you can see in the poster Arge Bam was the oldest adobe building in the world that was destroyed by Bam`s earthquake in 2003.

Before I started this class I thought America is a liberal and free country that is different from all over the world. But after reaching some experience and studying more about America with the discussions in this class, I find out that it is not true. People in America are freely choosing from the list of the federal and state government that provide for them. Choosing something not in the list is considered criminal. That’s not freedom of choice, that’s state control of people`s lives.

           And also in America still is discrimination between different races that doesn’t look like that. A small amount of people are rich and rest of them are poor and day by day are getting more and more poor. So unfortunately there is no utopia all over the world.
